Jesse Fontanilla - Owner, President
Longtime Maui resident Jesse Fontanilla has been building homes in Hawaii for over 25 years. His diverse experience encompasses all phases of construction. Jesse obtained his general contractor's license in 1987, and as his company grew, became incorporated in May of 2000. October of 2002 brought the opening of his new office in the Wailuku Business Center. 
As a hands-on company owner, Jesse oversees every aspect of his business, working closely with clients to complete homes to their specifications, while upholding Zoe Builders' high standards. He runs the field operations, schedules subcontractors, communicates all aspects of the building plan to members of his team, and keeps his clients apprised of each stage of the building process. All work is carefully inspected by Jesse to assure its high quality and conformity to Maui building codes. |

James Leonard - General Manager
Originally from Oahu, James Leonard began his career in the construction industry with a family-owned business. His background of 15 years in this field includes 10 years as a construction general manager, 5 years as a finish leadman, 4 years as a supply house manager and 5 years in all phases of construction. As general manager of Zoe Builders, James heads up company sales, marketing and public relations. He works hand-in-hand with clients and Zoe Builders' design team to produce custom home plans, and is also responsible for product costing. |

Janine Pagampao - Office Manager
Janine Pagampao brings to Zoe Builders a background that includes 10 years of experience as the office manager for a family-owned glazing company, as well as an additional 5 years of experience as a construction company office manager. Janine is invaluable to Zoe Builders as the liaison between the client and the project's team in the field. She also works closely with clients who wish to select upgrades and custom products for residential homes, and has established relationships with Maui's product vendors in order to facilitate the selection process. Janine also keeps each project on track by processing the bonding payment requests. |

Amber Fontanilla - Receptionist
Jesse's daughter, Amber, works in the office as our receptionist. Her duties include processing documents required for the building permits, assisting Janine with the ordering of materials, scheduling subcontractors, setting up appointments with clients, and meeting the clients' needs and concerns. She also assists James with estimating new homes and gathering specific information needed for each bid proposal. |
